About Our Custom Orthotics
Strive Spine & Sport uses Orthogenic Laboratories state of the art computer hardware and software system that helps the practitioner assess and analyze your feet.
This analysis combined with your practitioner’s experience and knowledge detects abnormal foot function which may be affecting your feet or other parts of your body. In certain cases a three dimensional mold may be required as well.
We send this information in to the podiatric laboratory at which point they manufacture a pair of prescription orthotics customized to your feet. It takes approximately two to three weeks for this process to be completed, and for the lab to ship them directly to our office.
We provide a package of paperwork for the patient to submit to their extended health benefit company, which include a gait scan, proof of manufacturing, lab invoice and a list of material and techniques used to manufacture the orthotics.
If you are suffering from foot, ankle, knee, hip or lower back pain you may be a good candidate for custom prescription orthotics. Use of custom prescription orthotics can also prevent problems from developing.

EVA Custom Orthotics
Strive Spine & Sport is very pleased to be able to offer to clients the new German engineered Orthotic, specially manufactured with EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) material. The EVA orthotic has a high level of shock absorption, relieving stress on ankles, knees, hips, and back.
The client gets a much more comfortable orthotic for daily wear, unlike the plastic orthotics which do not provide impact absorption.
