Meet Dr. Stephen Goodwin, D.C.
Competing in Tae Kwon Do since he was twelve, Stephen racked up an impressive list of victories: two-time Canadian Champion and international medalist. However, his champion status took its toll on his body: he has broken bones in his feet and injured his back many times. After one injury he sustained while training in Korea, Stephen sought help from a number of health care providers, and finally found relief through chiropractic care. This inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic. Dr. Goodwin graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1997. He practiced as an associate for three years before opening Canora Chiropractic in 2000. Dr. Goodwin is a full body certified Active Release Technique provider and completed a Master's certification under the developer, Dr. Michael Leahy. Dr. Goodwin is an authorized provider for work-related injuries (WCB) and motor vehicle accident injuries. Dr. Goodwin loves his work and greatly values the opportunities he has each day to help his patients achieve the best health and quality of life possible. |
